I manage a team of 20 employees in the production department, overseeing all aspects of the production process from raw materials acquisition and storage to production schedule and product release to packaging department, always ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.I contribute to develop and implement production plans that align with business objectives and meet customer demand.I contribute to new product development and to the optimization of current production processes by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, reducing waste, and improving quality control measures.I monitor the production output and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams I ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any product related issues.I maintain compliance to all health and safety regulations and ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.

I am responsible for the whole quality process from raw materials to finished product, including application of Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Hygiene Practice and HACCP. I lead a group of 9 people working in the Quality Control dept. including a Quality Control Manager and her staff and manage the budget assigned. I have the responsibility of ISO 9001:2008 certification and maintenance process as well as FSSC 22000 accreditation. From the environmental point of view I am in charge of the ISO 14001:2004 certification process and manage the wastewater treatment plant present in the production site.I am the interface between the plant and the Headquarters in the quality/environment area and guarantee the deployment of the quality corporate procedures at plant level.When requested I also perform supplier audits on behalf of the European Headquarters in order to qualify at European level bottles suppliers that meet the Company standards before they can actually supply the plants.

Leading a group of seven people, I was in charge of the plant chemical and packaging laboratories. I supported the brewing and packaging managers assuring the quality of the product throughout the entire production process by checking the correct application of the Company procedures and issued weekly and monthly quality report to be submitted to the Headquarters. I was also responsible for the laboratory annual budget (50000 euro) as well as the selection and qualification of the laboratory suppliers.I collaborated with the plant Quality Assurance Manager and supported him in the internal audit process as well as the maintenance of the ISO 9001 and 14001 systems.

In charge of the HPLC Lab, I led a group of high skilled people working in the development of new analytical methods on behalf of the pharmaceutical companies present in Italy.

I started my professional career as QA Mgr assistant. As Project leader I successfully led the Gaggiano plant to achieve the ISO 9001:2000 certification. I also sit as one of the Italian representatives to the European Quality Commitee of the Home and Personal Care category. In the same period I took over the responsibility to lead a small group of people in charge of introducing a new analytical tachnique (NIR) to control raw materials at income.
