On daily basis, we are proactively reaching out to drivers using the Uber app in US and Canada as they are identified as either pre-churning or already churned. This is done by calling then follow by either an SMS or E-mail using the company provided equipment, tools and accessories.The main goal is to be able to identify the reason of the drivers for not using the app as they used to and provided assistance in the process if applicable while adhering to company policies and guided by knowledge base.More importantly, to be able to document the interaction accurately with notes/report about the problems and situations faced drivers while using the app.The information from these interactions are then used by the management as a supplemental on how to provide better services for both the drivers and riders while using the app.
