• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports• Work closely with Financial Manager and CEO to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs and deliver actionable insights• Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data• Monitoring and evaluating sales performance• Provide analytical, reporting, and project support to senior management• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting• Guide the cost analysis process• Analyzing current and past financial data and performance• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting tools• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

• Support external audit by providing information for auditors• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant• Support month-end and year-end close process• Provides financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.• Liaise with our Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures• Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits• Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs• Estimate product costs for existing and new products

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines• Prepare and submit monthly reports• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings• Gather and analyze financial data

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix desktop hardware and software problems• Analyzes and troubleshoots end-users software configuration (installation)• Co-ordination of internal activities to ensure adherence to data protection measures such as passwordprotected screen savers on all company PCs, up to date anti-virus software• Support to the accounting and finance department
