Led the commissioning and launch of our newly established 300,000-square-foot facility in Montreal, converting BIO based UHMWPE powder into finished apparel under the one roof. Responsible for the integration of the fully automated manufacturing process for our gel, fiber and membrane production. The facility has been designed to enable recovery of process solvents and oils to ensure the highest quality, lowest cost and most sustainable UHMWPE production possible.Collaborate closely with technology and R&D teams to drive the development of Sheertex's proprietary materials and Cortex the SRTX in house ERP system.
