I oversaw the Marketing teams at Noble Foods and Gu puds, responsible for Strategic direction of the brands (The Happy Egg Company, Big & Fresh, Gu), organisational capability and sharing best practice across the group in order to deliver outstanding consumer marketing plans to drive business growth. Responsible for re-locating the marketing function from Lincoln to West London and recruiting a completely new team.

Initially responsible for the Allinson and Burgen bread brands. More recently I've spent time leading a variety of projects across the marketing team including setting up and running an 'Advance Brand Communications' course for all the ABF marketing departments, and improving the Allied Bakeries innovation process.

Started as Brand Manager on Woolite and Calgon, and was then moved onto Airwick in 2002 as was part of the brand team that took Airwick to No.1 position in the air freshener market for the 1st time in its history.

Worked in the Marketing team of the SC Johnson Professional division marketing their consumer brands (Pledge, Mr Muscle, Glade) in B2B. Also became responsible for marketing for the German, Austrian & Swiss business unit.
