This greatly assisted the forecast and accurate allocation of all costs. It also provided a meaningful revenue recognition system to manage projects and contracts. • Increased the performance and efficiency of the finance and administration team by restructuring the team, defining roles and responsibilities and also introducing a staff career development program.• Improved the problematic relationship between the financial department and the other divisions.
