• Was instrumental in the successful application for a stock exchange licence and implementation of the business to achieve a go-live within a 6-month period from granting of licence.
• Responsible for all regulatory activities at A2X including ensuring compliance with the Financial Markets Act and Financial Sector Regulation Act, related regulations and board notices and all other statutory.
