Provide behavioural consultation services to residential care facilities in the Durham region. - Perform assessments and implement data collection procedures in order to evaluate individual needs of individuals in care and staff teams- Create Behavioural Support Plans for individuals in care, and train staff on correct implementation using Behavioural Skills Training- Attend Plan of Care meetings and liaise with families, school boards, and community leaders in order to develop goals for individual growth and support needs - Provide a structured environment for individuals to succeed in by developing personalized individual daily schedules- Use ABA based strategies in order to teach functional communication, daily living skills, effective community navigation, and work with individuals on individualized goals

● Supervise and train a team of staff to implement behavioural support programs, and skill acquisition programs both in center and in the community● Design and create ABA based IEPs for individual clients in conjunction with Clinical Director/BCBA supervisor● Implement and develop social and life skill training for students in workplace environments, recreational environments, and other community based locations ● Submit and manage client funding, service agreements, and work closely with families, supports, and clients to develop Individual Education Plans● Provide home and onsite training for behaviour programs, functional communication strategies, and use of augmentative communication devices
