Most recently a Senior Manager in Wayfair's Strategic Corporate Finance group, aligned to the Commercial Finance & Physical Retail team. As part of this team, I assisted with the build out of financial models and reporting structure for the Company’s first brick and mortar stores, as well as provided strategic input to the team on how changes in business approach related to the stores impacts overall store and company P&L. Prior to joining Wayfair, I worked several roles at Ernst & Young, providing consulting services to several large companies, performing financial and control audits for public and private biotechs in the Boston area, and providing financial accounting services for clients in various industries in New England. I also worked at Cerevel Therapeutics, supporting the Company's CSO department as a Finance Business Partner as the Company worked to find cures for a variety of CNS diseases. I have been involved in several complex transactions in my career, most notably dealing in new product launches (US and EU), go-public financings (IPOs and SPACs), sales of licensed IP (inbound and outbound), and company acquisitions.
