With 28 years of teaching experience in the Middle East, Clint is a seasoned educator with a passion for language and culture. Holding an M.Ed. in TESL and an RSA CELTA certification, he began his career teaching ESL in Kuwait (1997–2001) before transitioning to English for Academic Purposes at Qatar University, where he has been a valued faculty member since 2001.Clint’s dedication extends beyond the classroom. He has served on the Faculty Recruitment Committee for 12 years, including eight as co-chair, shaping the university’s academic excellence. Additionally, he has contributed to the broader community as a Citizen Liaison Volunteer for the U.S. Embassy Doha and Qatar University for six years, supporting expatriates and fostering cross-cultural connections.A lifelong learner, Clint continues to study Arabic and is proficient in the Gulf Arabic dialect, reflecting his commitment to engaging with the culture and people around him.
