I am the manager of the greatest and most important project, my life.My career is in the power and energy industry. I graduated as a control and instrumentation technician in 2008 and started working in the oil and gas field while I was still a student.My first experience was at Pathfinder Energy Services company. After that I looked for new challenges and started working at San Antonio International company. It was 2013 when I sought an opportunity to work at Aker Solutions, where I have been since them. Through the past years I had learned and performed tasks in the maintenance department of directional drilling, MWD and LWD equipment. I have also had experience at offshore facilities, working as Nitrogen Generation Unit Operator, which are used in completions, workover and stimulation operations. From 2013 to 2015 I had worked with subsea electrical and control systems operations: installations, retrieving, workover and maintenance of x-mas tree, tubing hanger, vertical connection module and topside systems.I faced my greatest challenged when my former manager at Aker Solutions invited me to change my position and be part of the operational planning group, with focus to our main customer, Petrobras. I was in charge to structure this position, to understand and manage all the planning processes, to be the focal point between our customer and the company, in order to help both to reach their achievements. Since them I have been working to keep our KPI goals, planning the subsea electrical and control systems operations and delegating the maintenance of the equipment and tools which are necessary for each operation.In 2019 I completed my bachelor's degree in oil and gas engineering. Currently, I continue with the aim of specializing as Maintenance and Inspection Engineer. My goal is to develop my career, expand my knowledge in the engineering field and get a position as an engineer, facing new challenges and responsibilities.I have developed some proficiencies since the start of my career: Advanced English; The ability of Working with People and Teams; Being Proactive and Objective; Ease Learning Skills, Hands-on Management, HSSE Focus and the Ability to deal with challenges that hold the team under pressure.E-mail: mansur.guto@gmail.com.
