Implementation included Ingevity’s first eProcurement/catalog and eInvoicing system.• Continually drives increased year-over-year cost savings through effective sourcing strategies, successful negotiations, supplier relationships, and internal stakeholder alignment.• Ensures internal and external compliance to sourcing policies through training and leadership resulting in minimal external audit findings.
