Federated 17 different National connections into the network increasing the Army’s ability to employ a “fight tonight” network with NATO Allies including the UK, Poland, Romania as well as Finland and Sweden with 60 days of their entrance into NATO.Established an enterprise network operations and security center combing resources from 4 different organizations enabling a unified view of the Army networks. This improved the maintenance process and reduced the time to troubleshoot issues due to the colocation of different network and security functions.Coordinated the expansion of VPN access during COVID to surge to support new telework policy. Increased VPN capacity from 5,000 simultaneous connections to 25,000 exceeding customer requirements that increased from 200 daily connections in 2019 to over 15,000 throughout 2020. Rapidly integrated over 20,000 Soldiers relocating from the United States to 12 different countries throughout Europe by expanding a pilot program testing new Active Directory migration scripts. This reduced the time to regain network access from seven days to less than one. -

Organized the project team from various agencies and organizations to develop the scope for the limited user test and scaling to full Army implementation. Drafted Army Directive 2018-08 and received concurrence from all 4-star stake holders and presented to the Secretary of the Army for approval. After gaining his support and approval, I coordinated the initial limited user test within Texas. The Army now offers funding for over 1,600 different credentials to the over 1million Soldiers throughout the Active, Guard, and Reserve with over 20,000 credentials earned each year -
