Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, helped the company from navigating through the COVID shutdown of the Hospitality Industry, to preparing and operating exponential growth in the years that followed. - Successfully led the organization from idea, proof of concept to touring the world for 8 years. Leading The LOL Brothers to win several awards and gain notoriety in the world festival circuit. - Streamlined sales process allowing the company to have a high ratio of touring dates. This allowed the company to tour in over 23 countries and 42 cities.- Developed international customer accounts and managed a few hundred projects in the entertainment industry while respecting deadlines, budgets and logistic constraints. - Analyzed customer needs, objectives and managed expectations to enable the best possible customer experience and thus increase the reputation of the organization.

- Performed more than 1000 shows in 30 countries worldwide through strong links with local and international event promoters and entertainment companies.- Collaborated with the big players in the industry and participated in the creation of more than 20 shows with different organizations: Cirque du Soleil, Cirque Eloize, Disney World, etc.- Planned and managed budgets for creation, production and touring in excess of $500,000.
