As member services manager my role is to manage the third party relationships we provide for our membership under the six main headings of: Networking, Practice Support & Business Development, Learning Services, Compliance & Risk Management, Insurance Services and Marketing Support. This involves researching the market and sourcing opportunities for our member firms, identifying the correct partner, negotiating a group discount & value added benefits at launch stage and then throughout the year or life cycle of that particular service/product. The main aim at LawNet is to seek services that can help them be more efficient with their time, resources and processes and ultimately make them more profitable. A key part of his role also involves member engagement of key personnel at the firms & third party service providers.

Plan and implement marketing activities to maintain and develop LawNet, the LawNet brand and its membership. Activities includes all elements of the marketing mix - and supplier management, member liaison, publication development, marketing communications, planning and project research.I manage & develop member engagement activites, whilst also managing & maintaining relationships with key suppliers & partners.

Responsible for LawNet's internal client marketing publications and services (such as Press Releases, Business First magazine, newsletters).
