Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou is the Founding / Managing Partner of CONSTANTINOU PANAYIOTOU & CO LLC (GCP LAW), established in 2006.Georgia is a lawyer (member of the Cyprus Bar Association), a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, as well as a Certified Risk Management Specialist in Russian Sanctions (CRMS-RS), trained by K2 Integrity. During her career, Georgia served:1) as an elected Member of the Board of the Cyprus Bar Association, appointed as its Spokesperson, 2)as a member of the Advisory Board of the European Lawyers Foundation,3)as the Supervisor/Member of the Committee for Companies and Tax Planning of the CBA,4) as the Instructor of Commercial Law and Trust Law at the Law School of the European University Cyprus for the period 2011-2015.As the Founding and Managing Partner, Georgia oversees the performance and global business development of GCP LAW. With 20 years of international legal experience and expertise, she is a specialist in Contract law (incl. contract drafting), Corporate/Company law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Law, Trust and Fiduciary services, and International Private law. In 2014, she was an expert member of the Working Groups for the Cypriot Problem. Georgia holds a Law degree from the National & Kapodistrian University in Athens (2003) and a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in European (Commercial) Law from the University of Leicester (2005), with scholarships due to academic excellence. In 2001, she attended Harvard University USA where she completed 2 courses, “International Relations/World Politics” as well as “War Crimes, Genocides and Justice”(DCE-2001).
