Head Of It Infra - Indian Operations
CurrentCollaborates with members of the executive team to identify ways IT can assist the company in achieving business and financial goals, including develops and implements the IT budget. Communicates goals, projects, and timelines of the company to the department; plans ways to execute those goals within the department. Ensures that IT and network infrastructure adequately support the company’s computing, data processing, and communications needs including Network & Security rule creation, optimization, monitoring- SOC & NOC. Managing cloud resources with security to prevent security breaches including Installing, deactivating, monitoring, and billing for projects\POCs\Clients. Manage and administer Office 365 services, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other collaboration tools including mailbox migrations, email archiving, and data retention policies. Managing broad range of security technologies including NextGen Firewalls, DLP, NAC, IDS/IPS, Certificate Management, Identity Access Management, Privileged Identity Management, Multi-Factor Authentication, Mobile Device Management, Endpoint protection, SIEM, Anti-malware & Vulnerability Management. Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards in accordance with regulatory requirements including security investigation and mitigate security incidents or breaches.
