Early member of the eXtrapola team (joined before the first financial funding), in charge of all the technical development of its infrastructure. The company was the Italian online media monitoring leader, with many customers among big Italian corporations.During that period, the company developed all the tools used by the staff to sort and select the relevant content for each customer; the system was automatically collecting up to 300.000 daily news, using targeted configurations in order to retrieve only high quality content. All the content was preserved “as-is” (creating a “live” snapshot of the web pages) and also processed to be available in a neutral format ready to be used on different contexts.The system included the applications used to send personalized email notification to all the users of the service, and also the applications providing web access to the content selected for each customer.
