After my internship experience, I had the opportunity to delve even deeper into organizational processes. I am currently studying the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) library to apply the best practices in the market and optimize the efficiency of internal processes. With what I learned, I was able to map roadmaps for new activities in the company, using the BPMN model to organize and document workflows. This experience gave me the opportunity to collaborate with several teams, always striving to be proactive, communicate clearly and, most importantly, listen actively. This ensured that the needs and perspectives of all areas were taken into account. I also participate in the creation of documents and policies, working together with teams ranging from HR to Support and Infrastructure. In addition, I am responsible for presenting these projects to the entire company, helping to strengthen communication between areas. I am always looking to improve my communication and collaboration skills, to help create a more fluid and less noisy work environment. Additionally, I had the opportunity to develop my knowledge of SQL with application in the LookerStudio platform, applying it to the analysis, creation and maintenance of performance indicator and metric reports. I was able to delve even deeper into the study of SQL query optimization and, today, I am responsible for maintaining these reports. Among my greatest achievements, I highlight the development of an integration using Java Spring Boot and Maven. In this project, I implemented the use of RestTemplate to consume external APIs and enable communication between the Jira and Ploomes platforms.

During my time as an intern, I was introduced to Jira Server, which allowed me to gain solid experience with the platform and its features. This opportunity gave me a deeper understanding of processes, highlighting the importance of mapping, defining, managing risks, and continuously seeking improvements in the workflow. My main responsibilities involved using Jira plugins to automate repetitive tasks, always with the goal of making operations more efficient. With this, I began to familiarize myself with no-code frameworks, smart values, and also took my first steps in REST architecture. This project helped me develop a broader vision of process automation and allowed me to apply solutions that really made a difference in the team's day-to-day, bringing significant improvements to our work. Thanks to the success of these initiatives, I learned that I would be hired by the company six months later, which was a great achievement!

My main job was with CorelDraw software, creating vector images to meet various demands, such as banners, logos, signage (traffic signs, no smoking signs, fire extinguishers, among others), acrylic trophies, laser cutting, wood cutting using CNC machinery, among other activities. As I was the only employee responsible for the IT side and the use of computers in the company, I also took on the management and maintenance of the machines, ensuring that everything was working.

I have worked mainly using AutoCAD software to survey and analyze construction projects. There have been occasions when I have had the opportunity to use 3D SketchUp software to complement the architectural design with a three-dimensional preview of the building. I have also visited the site to verify real measurements with the measurements agreed in the architectural design.
