Extensive training and operations experience in Military tactics, hardware procurement, development of subordinates, embarkation and transportation of multimillion dollar equipment of both classified and sensitive materials, handling, packing, transportation to/from training evolutions and combat zones. Experienced in the transportation of above items both to/from the United States, Iraq/Kuwait, and Japan.Responsible for the development, construction, implementation, contracting, and advisory of a multimillion dollar tactical war simulation lab. I also reconstructed the class format and information presentation of the aged and out of date Fire Support Coordination Course in order to present the most current and accurate information to senior military officers before combat deployment.I posses great understanding of the intricate working relationship between government contracting and military commands to insure the highest potential success.I operated as the only Staff Non Commissioned Officer in charge of a Counter Battery Radar Section that consisted of 59 junior Marines. I was responsible for the daily operations and training of them to insure they remained exceptionally trained and ready to deploy. While attached with the radar section, I was recognized for my continuous development and tracking of all SL-3 equipment for the 5 radar teams attached to our section. Prior to my appointment, the radar section was down to 48% accountability and serviceability of all required equipment. Within 8 months, we had developed a new tracking system of missing and damaged items, and were able to bring our accountability and serviceability up to 100% mission ready. I was recognized on multiple occasions for my dedication to duty and for excelling above and beyond my peers.
