Supervised the embarkation of an AN/TPQ-46 Target Acquisition Radar with all required hardware components and three High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV), valued at 6 million dollars in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and multiple field exercises.Experienced in safeguarding sensitive classified equipment. Throughout my career I have held various positions that include being a formal school instructor for MAGTF Fires and Fire Support Coordination systems for the United States Marine Corps, Systems Administrator for various fire support, C4I, and C2 Integration systems. I have also been responsible for a Counter Battery Radar Section where I was the Staff Non Commissioned Officer in charge of the 5 Target Acquisition Radars and the 59 personnel that operated them. While holding this position, I was also the Operations Platoon Sergeant responsible for the daily administrative requirements involved in insuring that the 140 + Marines remained current on annual and operational training requirements.

Responsible for the accurate and timely computation of firing computations for three long range indirect fire systems. Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Metal for superior performance while acting as the head Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) computational operator during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Responsible for the embarkation and accountability of five AFATDS computer systems and components valued at $350,000 in support of numerous field exercises and Operation Iraqi Freedom in less than 48 hours.Proven ability to lead a team to successfully in diverse environments - efficiently managed simultaneous training and combat operations.

Coordinated and supervised the construction of a multi-million dollar Fire Support class room, identified waste which saved the U.S. Government over $200,000. Properly procured alternative hardware and contracts to successfully complete the construction under budget and on time.Implemented multiple Command and Control systems to provide a wider range of systematic control for higher headquarter units during multi-national war-game exercises. Provided expert analysis of the command and control exercise to allow the improvement and expansion of the exercise and software to more effectively assist operators in the timely and accurate coordination of subordinate units. Revised the Fire Support Coordination Course syllabus after identifying outdated and incorrect information in the curriculum providing over 300 United States and international senior military officers with current information. Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Metal for superior improvement and implementation of course curriculum for the Fire Support Coordination Course.
