In addition, I’ve had the benefit of practicing these skills in international consulting and training engagements throughout Europe, Australia, Asia, Brazil and, of course, North America.As Chief Development Officer within Growth Development Associates, Inc., (GDA) I oversee the design, development, customization, and (at times) the delivery of instructor-led training events. I coordinate the design and facilitation of self-paced on-line courses and webinars, and I’m currently managing the the development of GDA’s online self paced training curriculum, along with our supplemental Tapestry webinars. Home again! During a few exciting years while on loan to the National Council for Continuing Education and Training, I have now been called back to our GDA Home Office to begin this next exciting phase of growth. While it may look like I have returned to a lesser position... in truth I have not. I am still the senior development officer reporting to the CEO. Meanwhile, the company is growing and maturing and taking on a new matrix leadership format to enable the kind of expansion and delivery ahead of us. I could not be more excited. I support conception, creation and delivery for products and collateral for each of our five strategic channels. And we are not stopping there. Meanwhile much love and gratitude for NCCET as they get ready for this year's exciting conference in Alburquerque, New Mexico.
