HHCI is a comprehensive mental health resource serving the Houston community and beyond. HHCI offers programs for individual clients, support groups, and professional seeking continuing education. There is no cost to the any of the services HHCI provides in person or online. As COO at HHCI I was responsible for leading Accounting, Hospitality, IT, Talent Management, Marketing, and Facilities.

CSM works in 9 major US cities to facilitate service learning and leadership development with students. Each year we host approximately 5,000 high school and college students to learn about life in the city, get first hand experience in an urban environment, and volunteer in community development organizations.

Newark Naz is a multi-campus church in Central Ohio serving the families of Licking County. My role is to creatively communicate the gospel, coach leaders to serve others, and cast vision that compels us to reach outward (mission) and look inward (maturity).

Arrow is a leader in foster care, residential programs, and specialized schools in MD and TX. I was privelaged to serve as a senior leader for the organization. Among the success stories while I served at Arrow was: we launched the first residential campus for minors rescued from sex trafficking in the Texas (Freedom Place), opened TANGRAM as a school for children with Autism in MD, and developed Foster Care Forums that collaborated with state and private leaders to improve the outcomes of kid's in foster care. Arrow is a pace setter in caring for children who are at risk in Texas and beyond. They have a compelling vision and excellent leadership in place to pursue it.

Was a part of a food services and distribution company serving as an investor and advisory board member with insight and influence for executive leadership, board governance, and strategic operations. From start up to maturity the revenues grew every year of operation topping out above $5 million annually. Sold in 2010 to a larger food services corporation.

Led development and programming of disciples into missional community serving globally, locally and within their circle of influence (family, friends, church, etc...) as a gospel witness to the love God in Christ for all creation. Managed a full time staff of 15 employees in ministry (including pre school).

Worked with a multi faith staff to offer support and spiritual guidance to the leading cancer hospital in the world.
