• Manage the complete network management solution for the OM3000 product line• Direct the evolution and architecture of multiple software products • Manage relationships and gather requirements from customers• Provide leadership to the design group to ensure delivery of products on schedule• Maintain pricing structures and prepare network management quotes• Collaborate with the global Product Management team to create a successful overall network management strategy

• Design and programming of communication and database applications• Selection, training and supervision of junior team members• Project and product management• Software installation, support and customer training

• Design and programming of various software tools and user interfaces • Creation and review of technical safety reports• Participation in numerous research projects
