The company was acquired by LTI (www.ltimindtree.com) in 2017 and now operates under the Banking Transformation Practice of LTIMindtree and I remain the CEO and Administrator since then. My role at Syncordis :• Co-founded the company in 2004 and brought a 2 persons company at the beginning into a large organisation with an average 20% CAGR. • Define company strategy, Day-to-day management and operations of Syncordis subject to the supervision and direction of the board. Preparation of annual business plan and implementation• Reporting to banking regulators and to authorities • Creation and development of subsidiaries in France, India (Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore), UK, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Singapore, Thailand, Australia. • Responsible for the run of the company and its 10 entities with more than 800 employees• Management of the executive clients relationships • Project director for very large projects (> 10 million USD)• Ad-hoc consultancy
