• Designed logo, website and wrote product descriptions and brand story, achieved revenue of 4 digits in 6 six months.• Built a business model that requires limited working capital and eliminated need for large inventory while having awide-range of product variants.• Sourced products from suppliers, performed quality testing and optimized delivery to customers, reducing fulfilmenttime by over 50%.

Produced YouTube videos providing buyer advice and details about car scale models and gaming videos. Also built a community to showcase and promote upcoming content creators and successfully helped build consistent viewership. Generated 100,000 views across the videos with around 1,000 subscribers.
