Senior Technical Recruiter, Laboratory Informatics Services
Current• Work remotely from NJ, and continually update and maintain all recruiting activity within the Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System.• Source, interview, and place professional talent for major pharmaceutical and biotech clients.• Extensively recruit for Laboratory Informatics skillsets, including heavy sourcing across LIMS, ELN, and CDS platforms – as example, LabVantage, LabWare, STARLIMS, SampleManager, CoreLIMS, Biovia, Empower CDS, and Agilent ChemStation/OpenLab.• Additional recruiting focused on IT talent in the areas of Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, Software Development, Computer Systems Validation, Master Data Management, System Administration, DevOps, and Infrastructure/Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).• Successful at sourcing within Data Science disciplines, including Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, R and Python Development, Data Modeling, and Data Visualization. • Leverage Internet job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder), internal databases, and employee referrals.• Conduct candidate interviews, appraise personal and technical qualifications, negotiate pay rates, and conduct reference checks as needed.• Prepare formalized candidate submittals: format & edit resumes (to highlight key skills), and then craft job-specific skills summaries, by mapping candidate qualifications to the original job requirement.• Prepare candidates for interviews, and send detailed Outlook calendar invites, including the job description, interview itinerary, and special instructions.• Coordinate background checks/drug screens, process onboarding paperwork, and follow-up to ensure completion.
