Drove share and margin expansion of services across all onshore wind turbines installed globally for GE. Responsible for the launch and growth of Wind PowerUp, Repower, and customized multi-year agreements across the fleet.

As part of GE's corporate leadership staff (leadership development) program, drove outage planning process for entire Asia Pacific/China regions. Understood customer needs and drove strategic staffing and outage time reduction processes for all GE gas plant outages in the region. Worked with fulfillment organizations (supply chain, repair shops, etc) to ensure that GE met the rigorous outage demands landscape.

As part of GE's corporate leadership staff (leadership development) program, owned the overall customer relationship for the global gas turbine fleet in GE Power Services. Developed customer engagement strategies and focused on customized outcome delivery (output, reliability, flexibility, efficiency, and availability) for this "startup business" in GE. Developed the discovery process approach to consultative sales that is currently used in Power Services today.

As part of GE's corporate leadership staff (leadership development) program, led the commercial integration for the newly acquired Dresser Inc. Flow Technologies and Infrastructure Solutions divisions. Worked with the deal team from due diligence to post-close of the transaction. Transitioned the Dresser commercial processes to align with the GE commercial and nuclear risk evaluations.
