Developed and ran an ACA-accredited equestrian program with a special interest in providing access for underserved youth. Worked within a team of directors to conceptualize, plan, develop, and implement new youth outreach and accessibility programs. Recruited and organized volunteer efforts both directly related to the equine program and related to the causes that GSWW serves.
