• I led all legal support to establish Journera in 2017 and to establish its initial commercial agreements.
• Guided Journera through initial funding from major US airlines and hotel chains, and a Series A round of financing from B Capital, a16z, and the Pritzker Group.
• In 2019, I moved to consulting role as Senior Legal Advisor in order to focus on ADR Notable, LLC.

• I led a team of lawyers and support staff based on three continents which collectively delivered legal services to the company and its airline members in over 80 countries.

• As co-founder, I participated in all strategic and commercial decisions while providing all legal services needed to establish Accertify in March, 2007 and develop its initial commercial agreements.
• I continued to serve as a senior executive and provided legal support for venture capital investment from Intel Capital Corporation and administered all other legal operations until my departure in 2010.

• I taught Aviation Law to classes of about 30 students in the undergraduate Aviation Studies program.

• As part of the original executive team, I led the company through extensive government antitrust review of its business structure and ownership by major US airlines.
• Orbitz went public in 2003 and was acquired by tender offer by Cendant Corporation in 2004.
• Throughout this period, I developed and staffed a strong legal department and managed that team's delivery of timely, cost-effective legal solutions for the organization.

Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

• Starting as Counsel specializing in general commercial litigation, I soon focused on antitrust matters.
• As Senior Counsel I led the company's antitrust counseling and litigation efforts, including substantial work with US and EU competition regulators.
• In 1998, I moved to American's Washington, DC office as Senior Counsel, Government Affairs, assisting in the representation of American Airlines interests before Congress, the Department of Transportation and other.
