As Corporate CIO, I am responsible for IT strategy, Product Management & Development, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management, Infrastructure and Operations. IT Organization comprised of 135 Professionals located across the U.S. and India.

As SVP, Administration and Chief Information Officer for LANDAUER, I was responsible for the company's Information Technology, Global Program Management, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Continuous (Process) improvement and Legal Functions. As a member of the company's four (4) person Executive team, I provided strategic planning and direction for cross-functional mission critical initiatives, as well as served as Management's liaison to the Compensation Committee. In my role as CIO, I had responsibility for developing the overall technology vision, strategy and architecture for all software applications and infrastructure, which included partnerships with our Marketing and Innovation teams in the development of Information-based Products and Services. My team's focus was on delivering applications and data-driven solutions (web and mobility-based) that resulted in greater efficiency and economies of scale for LANDAUER operations and its clients. As leader of the company's Continuous Improvement function, I retained accountability for continuous process improvement and operational excellence on a global basis, including implementation of LEAN processes and instilling culture of continuous improvement and “process excellence” throughout the organization. In leading the Company's Human Resources function, I was accountable for the Design and implementation of Human Capital Strategy, including organizational development, performance management, employee acquisition, retention and succession planning.

Directed Sales & Marketing organization for Manufacturer of engineer-to-order metal building systems with annual revenues of $75-$100 million, delivering products to 35 states and 10 countries. Product distribution delivered through global network of over 250 dealers. Organization included 18 District and Regional Sales Managers, 2 Marketing Services / Sales Office Managers.

Member of Executive Leadership Team, responsible for IT strategy, vision and leadership for seven manufacturing business units with 20 locations throughout North America, with revenues totaling $750 million. IT Organization included 7 direct reports and over 100 IT professionals.

Lead Associate, Information Technology Group Practice. Industry vertical focus included Aerosapce, Automotive and Industrial companies.
