Profile bio

About Gina Doyle

I'm a UX designer who enjoys taking a data-driven approach and ensuring my design satisfies users by following up with them or using analytics or research approaches to do so. I am a big collaborator and value transparency. I am very self-motivated, probably due to my previous life that revolved around competitive sports, and hold myself to high expectations. I am currently a full-time product designer working at GitLab within the Verify:Runner and Pipeline Insights groups. I am primarily responsible for researching and designing the runner and testing aspects of the product for our customers. What I love about GitLab is that we stick to our values, and you can see them impact every decision we make. As one of the largest all-remote companies in the world with team members in more than 65 countries, this is a place where anyone can contribute. Did I forget to mention we have an entire handbook with written processes and MUCH more https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/?I also am a member of SVG Consulting Group LLC, where I work as a UX designer for various clients.

Listed skills include Adobe Experience Design, Balsamiq, Social Media, Powerpoint, and 19 others.

At Resynque I've worked in phases to design a web-based real estate platform to to expand existing online search technologies and streamline the transaction from offer to closing.⭐️ Phase 1 & Phase 2: After getting a sense of what the goals of Resynque are, I created a prototype of the platform at it's ideal state.• Completed a research analysis of buyers' and sellers' current experiences with agents, capturing pain points and user needs. Completed a competitive analysis of existing platforms today and what they do well and poorly.• Created a conceptual map and IA framework for how the platform will be built• Created user flows of how the platform will work, capturing key interactions from each user perspective• Transformed conceptual designs into lo-fi wireframes both within the web experience and (logged in) platform experience for all users (buyer, seller, seller agent, buyer agent, landlord)• Created prototypes of the lo-fi wireframes and ran user tests to gather feedback on the flows and design• Updated wireframes using the insights gathered from the user testing analysis• Created hi-fi implementation artifacts including hi-fi mockups of distinct screens, interaction guidelines, and style guide⭐️ Phase 3: After figuring out what Resynque would look like at an ideal state, we ended up filtering down the amount of features to get closer to an MVP version. This phase will end with another working prototype.• Created use cases, per user, for features that are in scope• Created a user flow diagram to map out how the platform will work and the IA• Created lo-fi wireframes that represented many of the key flows and interactions per user (including buyers, sellers and agents)
