I lead and manage the Fair Tax Foundation communications team, finding the best ways to share the benefits of ethical tax conduct and how it contributes to public services and society.I oversee all communications and channels, and I am responsible for brand management, stakeholder engagement and developing and delivering the communications and marketing strategy. I have built excellent relationships with stakeholders of all sizes and varieties and manage external agencies.I led communications in the internationalisation of the Fair Tax Mark scheme, creating a new brand hierarchy and a strong visual identity. I plan and deliver Fair Tax Week, an online and in-person annual celebration of Fair Tax Mark businesses and the positive social impact they make through responsible tax conduct. I was promoted internally and led communications and marketing on large projects and campaigns that empowered individuals and communities to reduce their carbon footprint through diet. This included the flagship National Vegetarian Week and a major food bank project which provided tens of thousands of free meals to families in need. I also led a team to develop and market a healthy eating program that tracked almost 30 nutritional datasets and was published into a book. I developed, launched and managed projects, producing communications and marketing plans, timelines and risk logs. I managed our social accounts, followed by ~400,000 users. I delegated tasks to other staff across the organisation and oversaw their progress.I worked with internal and external stakeholders, including trustees, community groups, multinational food brands and celebrities and public figures like Stephen Fry and Chris Packham. I crafted communications for different audiences across channels, managed social media advertising to drive newsletter sign-ups and acted as a spokesperson, providing live interviews to BBC radio stations. I was responsible for planning and monitoring campaign budgets, breaking down project costs and working closely with the finance team to ensure activity was delivered within agreed expenditure. I created detailed reports for a range of internal and external stakeholders, analysing project performance and suggesting ways to hone communications and marketing to better achieve targets.
