I'm a professional working in the field of logistics and supply chain for about 20 years and I have gained experience and skills in the areas of Commerce and large-scale retail trade.I deal with projects for logistical improvement of procedures and warehouse organization, design of solutions for computerisation and process automation, warehouse design, implementation and monitoring of performance indices (KPIs). I follow the development projects of the sales network and logistics network (new areas of expansion, acquisition of points of sale from other chains, franchising network development).
