During my 6 years at Topgolf, EBITDA rose from £100k to £6.1m and the UK team rose from 200 to 700+ employees – at one specific venue EBITDA rose from 150k to 2.1m and from 60 staff to 200+I led large transformation projects and built high performance across multiple organisational levels. Including: new HRIS, Management Designate programs, Onboarding & Induction programs, Training strategy & Talent Mapping. Lead the management of large scale-up recruitment, and reduced employee turnover by 5-15% over a 3-year period of growth. Reporting back growth on engagement every year. Managed payroll and reward for employees across the UK.Lead the design and delivery of all operational training material and resources within the associate and management training curriculum.
