Responsibility of operating and overseeing launch processes to support product introduction through the Launch Quality Operating System.

Working within International Upgrade at JLR, I was responsible for the rework of pre-production vehicle in various locations in and outside of the UK simultaneously (Japan, South Korea, USA & Europe) delivering reworked vehicles to a high standard to the used vehicle market. This amounted to circa 700 units annually (~£25M revenue) by utilising internal resource alongside external / outsourced agencies globally with support from a small team based in the UK.Within this role, I was responsible for:- Project Management- Budget Management - Overseeing logistical operations (parts, vehicles and labour)- Risk ManagementAlongside this I was the H&S Lead for the site, responsible for adherence to; ISO 45001, corporate H&S Policies through proactive/positive H&S attitudes and robust planning and working practices. Internal IATF Auditor, auditing around the business for compliance to IATF 16949 and leading internal audits.
