Having worked with many troubled companies over close to 25 years, I am a strong advocate of early diagnosis being the most effective way to avoid severe financial difficulties in business. I regularly share my insight through presentations on asset protection, business structures, liability limitations and business improvement and growth strategies. I am a registered liquidator and a bankruptcy trustee with significant exposure to a number of industry sectors including agricultural, resources, building and construction as well as manufacturing and real estate. Some of my high-profile assignments comprise the restructure of three ASX listed entities including two gold mining producers and a company specialising in design, production, sales of electronic guidance systems electronic signs. As a Court appointed Receiver in Partnership / Director dispute scenarios, I have independently traded on and sold businesses, resulting in significant returns to the Partners/shareholders as well as resolution of long standing disputes. In recent times I also led the trade and restructure of an agricultural equipment dealer employing in excess of 50 staff over five locations in rural Western Australia.
