I am specialized on business process outsourcing (BPO’s), business plans and operational process implementation.I started my professional career in Mexico City in 2007 designing operational response manuals for Mexico City’s Hertz Avasa Reservation’s Department; over time I got a Marketing Analyst’s responsibilities which ended in the Inventory’s Manager position for Impro Group, where I was in charge of providing process technical support to the company’s Pittsburgh based US Division while interacting with an India based work team.On 2009 I co-founded the business entity Espin Proc Consulting, a business consulting unit, which provided me the opportunity to work on business consulting in Mexico City and Monterrey in Mexico as well as in Houston and New Orleans in the United States.I have a strong background on business development, project management, sales plan strategies, and customer service management. My experience includes operational and quality process implementation, operational efficiency models and bilingual personnel recruitment and control management. My skills also involve a deep knowledge of the US and Mexico business environment, their taxation and governmental regulations including their personnel hiring models and the processes requested from them. I’m a creative business networking manager who easily connects business relations with strategic organizational goals.I have an Accounting Associate by Northeast University (Universidad del Noreste) and at the age of 18 went to study Economics at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education better known by its initials ITESM. In 2006 I was accepted at the Mexico City’s National Polytechnic Institute, known by its initials IPN. I’ve been trained by the Small Business Center of the University of Houston.I collaborate writing (Spanish and English) on a column about social and economic affairs for the online magazine “Revista SinFin” under the pen name of Daniel Sosa.
