-Assisting providers with claims, authorizations, member issues and financials-Recruiting and maintaining the physician and ancillary provider network-Conducting workshops and trainings for contracted providers-Participating in reviewing network market share-Conducting field visits to provider offices-Investigating and responding to provider concerns and issues-Assisting with disposition of provider grievances-Preparing educational materials for providers-Composing correspondence, performing general research, and preparing reports as required-Answering phones call through the department’s Automatic Call Distributor line-Developing, analyzing, and ensuring the accuracy of assigned data reports related to Provider Services issues-Assisting with the maintenance of the department’s provider data base and data integrity-Assisting in the development of the Provider Bulletin, provider manual and provider reports-Attending/participating in subcommittee meetings

Manufacture high quality, accurate aluminum and steel products in a fast-paced environment for an array of industries. Responsible for calculations, machine and tool maintenance, and shop safety.

Managed a team of 35 musicians and regularly led musical worship. Scheduled, developed, and cared for musicians. Led auditions for prospective team members. Supported Sunday gathering logistics, atmosphere, and execution. Hired as interim worship pastor while lead worship pastor took sabbatical for three months.

Worked in customer service, billing, gear sale, donations, and marketing. Instructed climbing camps for ages six to eighteen. Led orientations in basic and advanced climbing techniques for member safety and education.

Taught rescue diving, underwater photography, kayaking, marine science, and ecology to Jr. High and High school-age students. Ensured safety of students above and below water in open ocean environments. Rehearsed technical rescue drills often to ensure optimal student safety.
