- Participate in weekly meetings, capturing and recording notes/requirements from client- Provide written documentation of requirements in requirements document paper (RDP) for both the client and company teams to review- Present and effectively communicate report to teams and client - Create and design visuals to drive clarity and organization purposes across several teams within the company- Research and provide support for upgrades and transitions to core products used by the entire corporate development group- Assist in migration from Jira on-premises system to the Jira Cloud through planning, cleaning of previous data systems, on-going contact with online Jira technology support, creating a timeline analysis report of the process, and test runs of the migration process- Analyze reports from the company help center to categorize into suitable fields and track progress over time across product releases, allowing appropriate teams to access the data

- Independently operate Starbucks café within a large orthodontic office with proceeds benefiting charitable foundation- Greet patients and their guests while fulfilling their drink orders and promoting the NVO Foundation- Monitor and track inventory and expenses from the café- Train new employees to maximize team performance and achieve daily performance objectives
