Managing at least 8 customers, each with an average of 3 projects daily. Key responsibilities include: • Reviewing projects and communicating to customers to fully understand what they want.• Ensuring that the right designers are assigned to projects at all times, and helping them understand what customers want. • Reviewing each design upload carefully to ensure outputs meet established standards and are aligned with the projects' objectives.• Providing updates on project progresses, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.• Tracking progresses, identifying delays, and taking corrective actions to keep the projects on schedule.In addition, I also managed Penji's social media team's projects from August-October 2022 to ensure the company's Visual Identity Guidelines are followed.
