• Employed as part of a team tasked with ensuring that all Windows XP machines within Glanbia Plc. in Ireland are upgraded.• Identify machines for upgrade, contact end users to arrange replacement time and date.• Prepare each machine for each user including: installing software required for each user, transferring files and settings to new computer, and testing.• Testing included: installing a piece of software, apply the end users permissions and ensuring correct operation. If software did not run as expected, use different diagnostic techniques to resolve any issues.
