My role involves everything from the initial point of contact for both buyers and sellers through to the final day of the sale. I assist buyers with their search to help them find their ideal home. Responsibilities include registering their details, calling them about properties, arranging viewings, and dealing with offers they put forward.Duties for sellers include; arranging valuations, taking photographs of the property, drawing up floor plans, conducting open houses and viewings, passing on feedback from viewings and keeping them up to date with how the marketing is going.Other tasks include; Selling additional services such as arranging appointments with Romans Mortgage Services, recommending solicitors that are affiliated with Romans, and also quoting prices for Romans Surveyors. Progressing the sale from the point at which an offer has been accepted to the day of completion. I liaise between all parties involved up and down the chain, with both sets of solicitors involved to ensure everyone is all communicating with each other and on the same page.I have experience in how the property industry works, including the process in which a sale is put together and how the legal side works.Knowledge of the Basingstoke property market. This includes the difference between locations within Basingstoke for example, the prices, demographics and property characteristics. Show less
