I have an excellent range of commercial and development management experience on large complex schemes to ensure that projects are delivered effectively. I am an exceptional manager who has a first class reputation in the industry for not only achieving but also exceeding targets, coupled with an effective non-adversarial approach. I have worked across a number of sectors (including residential, commercial, education and health) and undertaken a number of different roles in Consultancy, Construction and Development and I have a very strong commercial background founded on a degree in Quantity Surveying. During my time working for a developer this ensured that in addition to considering cost and value in terms of a construction, I also developed my skills to ensure that maximum value was generated from a development / asset to maximise the return against revenue and capital employed. I have been involved in developing and delivering business development strategies so I therefore understand the key value drivers of clients, risks and opportunities relative to the return and market positioning.
