I have worked across a number of sectors (including residential, commercial, education and health) and undertaken a number of different roles in Consultancy, Construction and Development and I have a very strong commercial background founded on a degree in Quantity Surveying. During my time working for a developer this ensured that in addition to considering cost and value in terms of a construction, I also developed my skills to ensure that maximum value was generated from a development / asset to maximise the return against revenue and capital employed.
