Xantic was a KPN/Telstra joint venture (acquired by Stratos acquired by Inmarsat).As Product Manager for the AmosConnect global satellite-based messaging service, worked with global direct and indirect channels to take this new product from launch to market leader within 18 months. Initiated and launched AmosConnect customer self service portal.Went on to become Product Manager for AMOS Business Suite, which is an enterprise software suite covering maintenance management, personnel management and quality management. Initiated and established new products to complement the core suite and expand into new areas.As member of the Product Development management team, participated in driving a CMM program to improve the maturity of software development & requirements management processes.Worked closely with distributed development teams across international boundaries.
