Mock Up House Luxury Collection JimbaranAs an MEP Supervisor for the Mock Up House Luxury Collection Jimbaran project, which serves as a prototype for a luxury hotel in collaboration with Marriott management, I am responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of installation work. This project is a collaboration between Civil Contractor PT. Jaya Kusuma Sarana Bali, MEP Contractor PT. Bali Cukup Mandiri, and Interior Design Contractor by Kayu Laras, with design and lighting consultancy by Yabu Pushelberg. The project owner is PT. Step Up Solution.My responsibilities include:-Pumproom (water filter system, booster pump, return pump).-Clean and Hot water system (solar water heater systems).-Sewage, waste, kitchen wastewater and venting system.-Jacuzzi and Pool including pump system (filtration, massage, air blower, electric heat).-Genset, COS, MDP, and other power panels.-Pump control panels, lightning protection, and grounding systems.-Lighting and socket outlets systems: Integrated with RCU and dimmers for precise control of light intensity and ambiance, PIR sensor to automatically adjust lighting, motorized blind for curtain, air conditioner based on occupancy, ensuring optimal energy efficiency.-Full addressable fire alarms including MCFA, speaker evacuation systems.-Internet, data, CCTV, and telephone systems using IDF.-AC using VRV and FCU. AC grilles using Trox box.-Exhaust Installation systems.-Purchasing/material orders and monitoring the correct use of materials to ensure project quality and standards are met.In addition, I support the Project Manager with administrative tasks, such as:-Preparing work permits, completion reports, testing reports, handover reports, and weekly progress reports.-Assisting the drafter with shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.This experience has enhanced my technical, managerial, and material oversight skills to ensure the project is delivered according to specifications and on time.

-Able to carry out repairs, maintenance and replacement of equipment damage related to rooms such as; AC, exhaust, heater, electrical installation, lighting installation, TV, telephone, cold water, hot water, dirty water, and so on

-Learn the electrical system from PLN sources and generators to room installations and hotel areas-Learn the boiler systems, hot water, clean water and waste water treatment, cooling (AC and chiller), and exhaust in the hotel area-Learn the use of audio & video and lights for meeting activities, buffets, activities, and so on-Observing and carrying out maintenance and repairs to kitchen equipment, laundry, rooms and areas within the hotel

-Responsible for conducting a survey of the conditions and location points of the LPJU in the West Denpasar area-Helping the coordinator to check and validate data from LPJU survey results
