To be a CEO in SME means that I had to cover a lot of different activities. But I can really be proud of the following achievements: - Search of new areas of business and new prospects had helped to raise turnover of company 10 times- I value the team the most in the company. I am really proud, that key employees who worked in Idea, stayed with me and company for 5 or more years. - I have been representing company in many sales opportunities, and pitches. I have managed to win and start working with leading Lithuanian companies, such as Senukai, Maxima, Lithuanian Post, Telia. - I have targeted streamlining company processes, always setting up best practices as an example. - I have worked with many project managers daily, educating them, improving their skills and monitoring their performance. I have mentored a few project managers on their way from their university practice to the experienced professionals. - I have built a network of partners, which proved to be fast way forward when expanding company’s services. Nevertheless the quality of work was always supervised. I have worked together with advertising agencies and freelancers from multiple countries in the world, focusing to deliver the right result for the customer.
