His practice includes insurance defence work including personal injury, property loss, commercial general liability, business interuption, fidelity, title and mortgage insurance claims. Ged has extensive experience in debt recovery and security enforcement, which involves recovery work for credit granting institutions including power of sale, foreclosure and general debt collection, as well as commercial and estate litigation. He also has experience handling Aboriginal/First Nations matters.
