Created key performance metrics to analyze product line performance including policy deployment, KPI bowlers and problem-solving plans.• Worked cross-functionally with sales, contracts, legal, manufacturing, finance and the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), to establish terms for renewal of an OEM distribution and exclusive licensing agreement. Resulted in a 3-year contract extension, reduced operational risk of greater than $200k and increased payment frequency to the OEM.• Negotiated increased pricing with our three largest accounts, resulting in top line growth of 5%.

Directed sustainment and quality issues for a $30M product line with 200+ SKUs. Collaborated with global cross functional teams to drive to root cause. Worked with buyers and planners to deliver a monthly forecast which accounted for seasonality, large orders and promotions. Developed and delivered training and provided customer support.• Implemented predictive forecast algorithm, resulting in improved forecast accuracy from 79.6% to greater than 90%, significantly reducing expedite and inventory costs and increasing on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.• Appointed to lead a team of peers to address a companywide innovation gap. Developed a SharePoint site as a central platform to share and store innovative ideas and implemented a reward structure.
