Track all communication with thousands of summer staff candidates in our applicant tracking system, from pre-application inquiries to offer call scheduling. Provide high volume skillful customer care and warmly deliver guidance and service to candidates via email and phone. Support getting the good word out to potential applicants and work with the recruiting team to support special projects, such as ensuring jobs are posted in the right channels, supporting our online recruitment events, and/or social media support.

Hired managed and trained a team of 6 in order to operate an after-school program. Planned and delivered professional development for staff at our company-wide staff training day on behavior management techniques.Marketed and planned events using calendars, newsletters, parent boards, student info corners, and self-made systems. Provided 1700 hours of service in the Los Angeles community to help a national education based non-profit to focus on providing academic and social-emotional support to students in order to end the drop out crisis.Worked 1:1 with 11 students on improving their academics in ELA and mathematics through the development of individualized session plans based on qualitative data and scholastic testing data.Apart of the Civic Engagement team I powerfully lead over 200 volunteers at a multiple community outreach events targeting the bearitification of schools.Collaborated with teammates in order to run after school academic intervention, personal development, and homework assistance.
