I hold a BA in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Grambling State University, where I developed my communication and media skills. As a senior vice president, I oversee the sales, marketing, and operations of multiple branches across the region, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, compliance, and performance. As a regional manager, I lead a team of mortgage bankers and underwriters, providing them with training, support, and guidance. I am passionate about financing the American dream of homeownership, and I work with a variety of clients, from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals, to offer them a complete line of residential mortgage, refinance, and specialty loans.
